Responsibilities plan, perform and document the First Article Evaluation, Incoming, In-Process and Out-going quality assurance, inspections and records. Plan, perform and document the control of non-conforming parts, materials & products process, including support for the Material Review Board, disposition, follow-up actions until close-out.

Responsible for incoming quality assurance. Accurately complete all administrative activities associated with incoming quaity inspection. Perform incoming inspection. Prepare & execute Inspection plan, checklist or equivalent. Download and analyze quality information from quality system to be used for Quality reports. Generate Quality metrics. Prepare Statistical Process Control Charts.

Responsible for product quality assurance. Accurately complete all administrative activities associated with product & process quality inspection. Perform proces audits and assists manufacturing with the interpretation of the quality and workmanship standares. Prepare & execute Inspection plan, checklist or equivalent. Plan and direct activities concerned with the etablishment and / or continuance of process related requirements and other quality programs.

Assist for authorizing the release of final products to customer. Prepare quality documentation or equivalent. Actively engaged in measureing, inspecting, and/or testing products or parts and tabulating data conerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.

Requirements Nitec / Diploma in Engineering, Sciences, Chemistry, Biomedical, Lifesciences, Pharmaceutical or related industry. Entry level are welcome to apply - training will be provided. Preferably with 2 years experience in manufacturing environment. Practical computer skills and knowledge with hands-on ability (Microsoft Office, Outlooks, Adobe Acrobat).

Knowledge in ISO13485 / ISO9001 quality management systems standards or equivalent. Quality Control 7 tools, Risk analysis tools (FMEA), Statistical Process Controls (SPC). Problem solving skills (DMAIC, Root cause analysis, Eight-Disciplines, etc).
