We are looking for a Male Youth Worker who is seeking a career in the 'Youth Work' space or looking to step up to the next Level in their Youth Work journey. Someone who is Passionate, Responsible, Reliable with plenty of Energy to make a difference. The candidate must be able to demonstrate a passion and desire to work with predominantly Maori and Pasifika youth and have an ability to 'connect' and 'motivate' the most challenging young person.

The main office and management team are located in Manukau, however staff will work in the community to support whanau and community change.  All staff will also have access to the 4C Fitness gym and are free to attend any of its fitness classes. Any successful candidates will require Safety Vetting including a Police check.

Qualifications, experience and personal attributes passion and interest in working with young people. Background of working cross culturally with diverse individuals and their families. Experience working in the 'health and fitness' or 'outdoor environment', including all aspects of health and safety. Personal certainty and resilience. Effective team worker and community net worker. Effective oral and written communication skills. Full Drivers License (Drive Manual and Automatic). Current First Aid Certificate.
