Workshop Administrator Private Advertiser location Mackay and Coalfields.

The Hornery Group are seeking a Workshop Administrator with excellent organisational and time management skills to join the team located in Moranbah. Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities include sourcing and purchasing parts and materials. Liaise with suppliers and develop customer relationships. Check and unpack deliveries and stack away. Data entry and quoting. Generating job cards in Fleetio maintenance software.

Processing invoices including accounts payable into MYOB accounting system. Take bookings for and schedule customer repairs and servicing. Manage Fleet Registration and Vehicle inspections. Financial and maintenance reporting for Workshop Supervisor. Maintain and update the Asset Register.

The ideal Candidate will have experience in Administration. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and to multi-task. Be accurate and have attention to detail. Experience in Microsoft Office. Experience in MYOB or Fleetio preferred but not essential.
