About the role this is a busy and varied role suited to an experienced and professional administrator. You will be responsible for a broad range of administrative work in the Caregiver Recruitment and Support team. It is true that no two days are the same. You could be managing the vehicle fleet, processing invoices or updating spread sheets. We are keen to hear from you if you can plan ahead, but think on your feet, possess a can-do attitude and enjoy creating better ways of doing things.

What you will bring key requirements of the role include proven experience in office administration and customer service. Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture. A high level of competence in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and able to understand and use excel. Meeting management, organising events, booking travel and accommodation

Manage finance and invoice processing. Strong relationship building skills and experience dealing with members of the public. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Effective organisation, planning and time management skills. A full, clean, valid New Zealand driver's licence. New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at time of application is required.
