Workflow Support Clerk Te Whatu Ora Health NZ location Auckland.

Be part of the Clinical Transcription Service as a Workflow Support Clerk. 2 Years Admin experience and competent using MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Full-time role, Monday to Friday (80 hours per fortnight). Based at Greenlane Clinical Centre. $64,903 - $72,114 per annum.

Our organisation we are Te Whatu Ora Te Toka Tumai Auckland. We provide health and disability services to more than half a million people living in central Auckland, regional services for Northland and greater Auckland, and specialist national services for the whole of New Zealand.

Our main sites are Auckland City Hospital, Greenlane Clinical Centre and Starship Children’s Hospital, located in central Auckland.

The opportunity in this role you will provide administration, document and systems support to the Transcription Service.

If you are a proactive person who has excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills, time management and problem-solving skills, we would love you to join our busy team within the Clinical Transcription Service at Greenlane Clinical Centre.

Ideally you will have previous experience in administration, working in the hospital environment, and be familiar with Te Whatu Ora – Te Toka Tumai’s transcription and clinical IT applications (Clinical Transcription skills and knowledge of Te Whatu Ora systems will be a distinct advantage).

Important skills excellent computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet daily targets are essential as this position provides clinical systems support including processing printing, reviewing documents, being a super-user resource person, and troubleshooting hardware and application issues.

The successful applicant will take ownership, accountability and responsibility for your role, actions, and outcomes. Display ‘top’ communication skills and work well under pressure. Have strong organisational skills, have good attention to detail and have an ability to facilitate change.
