The Denman Hotel in Thredbo is seeking dedicated Waitstaff and Bar Staff to join our team for the winter season, working at our Terrace Restaurant and Apres Bar.

About us terrace Restaurant Our Terrace Restaurant offers an exceptional alpine dining experience with breathtaking views of the mountain. Guests enjoy delicious seasonal dishes in a relaxed, refined atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Apres Bar Our Apres Bar is the ultimate destination for après-ski. Enjoy warming drinks, expertly crafted cocktails, local brews, and a selection of share plates, all served in a lively, welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking for experienced waitstaff who are attentive, professional, and have a passion for great customer service. Bar staff with a strong knowledge of drinks and cocktails (or a willingness to learn). Reliable and hardworking team players who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a love for providing excellent service in an alpine setting. Must have or obtain your NSW RSA.

Important Information we do not count towards the 88 days for working holiday visas, and we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time. Previous experience in a hospitality role is essential.
