About the Role and the Company Kapital Consulting is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for a leading professional services firm in the Sydney, CBD.  The role will be working with local and global vendors to assist in diagnosing and escalating infrastructure issues, and working on regional implementations.  The role would require someone with prior experience in Engineering Infrastructure solutions in either Wintel and Linux systems. Strong written and verbal communication is a must for this opportunity.

Skills we’re looking for 4+ Years’ of experience as either a Windows or Linux System Administration. Clear written and verbal communication skills. ITILv3 Certification or similar work experience required. Professional services and project-based work experience. Active Directory, Office 365 Administration, SCCM. VMWare or other Virtualization tools.

Exposure to cloud technologies, such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud would be a big plus. Any automation / orchestration experience. MS SQL Server, any database administration. Tertiary Qualification in a technical field or equivalent experience. Experience working on both Windows and Macs (OSX). Experience working alongside a DevOps /DevSecOps team highly advantageous.
