About us 4mile has partnered with a respected organisation dedicated to rescuing and caring for native animals for over 30 years. Our Lambton Quay call centre operates 24/7, and we are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Rescue Coordinators for the overnight shift (10:00 pm - 7:00 am).

Responsibilities as a vital part of our team, you'll handle basic inquiries, register and update cases, and follow up under the guidance of your Team Leader.

We are looking for candidates with the following a strong customer focus and general knowledge about Wildlife – Can you distinguish between a microbat and a flying fox. A genuine desire to help the community and make a difference every day. A pleasant manner and can-do attitude.

Ability to identify and escalate priority issues with exceptional problem-solving skills. Sound written and verbal communication skills. Computer savvy with confidence in using multiple software platforms. Attention to detail ensuring accurate data capture and providing precise information to stakeholders.
