We are looking for a full-time and skilled Cook who will be responsible for preparing awesome dishes for the guests.
Responsibilities prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, Cooking meals, Checking ingredients for freshness. Arranging and garnishing the dishes. In charge of ensuring the kitchen area and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained. Help lead and inspiring kitchen staff with the restaurant manager.
Requirements prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions especially in a Western cuisine restaurant. Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation, Leadership skills. Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
Excellent time management abilities. Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes. Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes. Ability to handle work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be willing to work on Weekend & Public Holiday.
