To at all times ensure that customer satisfaction is first and foremost, and as such all issues are treated as urgent. To at all times behave in such a manner that will not bring disrepute to Giltrap Motor Group Ltd.

To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Report all customer complaints/satisfaction issues in accordance with the ISO guidelines which Giltrap Motor Group Ltd adheres to. To engender a supportive team environment across all departments.

Responsibilities answering all incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional manner (guideline within 4 rings). Greeting customers upon their arrival to the reception area. Providing frontline support and customer service to a very high standard.

Interacting with, and assisting, other departments where required, time permitting. Maintaining the main reception and café areas to a very high standard (including keeping the café area clean and tidy, emptying the bins and cleaning the coffee machine). Any other duties that may be required by the "manager of the day" from time to time.

The successful applicant will have previous reception or administration experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time-management. The ability to multitask several jobs at once efficiently.

A friendly and professional manner at all times. Experience with Microsoft Office. Exceptional customer care. A high level of personal presentation. Primary responsibilities of this role include providing frontline support and customer service. Answering all incoming phone calls. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Administration support to our sales staff.
