Weekend Customer Service Desk - Narellan Town Centre. Weekend position on a fortnightly rotating roster.

Our Business Narellan Town Centre is a regional shopping centre located in Sydney's growing South West Corridor. Currently home to Big W, Coles, Kmart, Target, Woolworths and over 230 specialty retailers.

Your role you will be the Centre Management point of contact for customers, contractors and other stakeholders. You will demonstrate sound organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership of this role. The Customer Service Officer will be an integral part of the Centre Management team and will be responsible for managing the Customer Service Desk on weekends, Thursday night and public holidays, on a roster basis.

Predominantly, times for the role are as follows Thursday - 4pm to 9.15pm, Saturday - 9am to 5pm, Sunday - 10am to 4pm, Public holidays – 10am to 4pm or as gazetted. Depending on staff leave etc, there may be other shifts available during the week on an irregular basis.

We are seeking a staff member to job share this role on a monthly rotating roster. When submitting your application for this role, please outline in your covering letter why you are suited to work a weekend/Thursday night/public holiday roster on a casual basis.

The position involves reception and administrative responsibilities including meeting and greeting with customers and other stakeholders, answering phones, tenant liaison, and managing correspondence. Being across any weekend marketing events/entertainment and the weekend casual leasing schedule.

Completing basic incident reports and dealing with any centre incidents or issues as they arise. Any other tasks as directed by the Finance Manager – to whom the Customer Service Officers directly report to.

As the point of contact for the Centre on Thursday nights, weekends and public holidays, you will have a strong customer service attitude, with excellent organisation and problem-solving skills. You will have sound verbal and written communication skills with intermediate computer skills.

The ability to work independently and unsupervised is a must to succeed in this role. The position will be offered on a Casual basis at $35.86 per hour plus applicable penalty rates.
