Warranty Administrator Southpac Trucks Ltd location Auckland.

Southpac Trucks are the NZ distributors for DAF and Kenworth trucks, we are seeking another experienced Warranty Administrator to join the department working at our Manukau City Dealership.

The duties of the position entail. Process dealer warranty claims in compliance to factory warranty standards. Manage and process repair charges from dealers for vehicles under contract maintenance. Vehicle recall projects. Prepare warranty information and update databases.

To be successful in the role, we require a person who experience in the automotive sector with an understanding of what constitutes general repairs and maintenance and what is warranty. Your automotive experience is preferably from the heavy automotive sector perhaps stepping up from a Service Advisor role, however applicants with passenger car experience will also be considered.

Is highly organised, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment. Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
