An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Process Worker to assist our busy team located in Hornby, Christchurch. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (8 a.m. to 4.30 pm). Immediate start preferred. Our business specializes in manufacturing products for the Agricultural Industry and delivers exceptional service. Working directly with the Factory Manager and closely with team leaders, you will have a variety of jobs within both our Dispatch and Manufacturing areas.

Job description your duties may include, but are not limited to Picking of products to fill orders, Quality control of products, Assist in the dispatching process, Assist in the manufacturing process, Cleaning of products, Packaging of products, Operating various machinery, power tools and hand tools, Robotic/ manual welding, Cleaning and tidying of the factory and warehouse, Stocktaking, Unloading of stock from delivery trucks, Delivery of goods to local customers, Other duties as may be requested by the Factory Manager.

Requirements excellent time management, A strong work ethic, Be able to work as part of a team. Physically fit and emotionally stable. Be able to lift 25kg cartons. Proven and reliable attendance records. A high level of energy, determination and drive to meet targets and deadlines. Conscientious about your work with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to precisely follow instructions and company procedures. Proactively participate in our Health and Safety programs. Be self-motivated and trustworthy. NZ Drivers Licence preferable but not essential. Forklift Licence preferable but not essential Be able to pass a Police Check and Drug Test.
