As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of storepersons to deliver outstanding safety, service, and operational performance. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring our warehouse operations meet and exceed business expectations.

Housing may be available for the right candidate. We understand the challenges of relocating to a remote location like Port Hedland and are committed to supporting a smooth transition for successful applicants.

Your day-to-day:

Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve performance goals
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, dispatch, and inventory control
Plan and allocate resources to meet operational targets
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency
Foster a fun, safe, and rewarding work environment
What You’ll Bring:

Demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse supervision and team management within fast-paced operational settings
Extensive knowledge of storeperson responsibilities and inventory control processes
Exceptional communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
Forklift license and experience with warehouse machinery
Familiarity with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel
