The Role
Are you a people-focused leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Berkeley Vale Distribution Centre and bring alignment across our day, afternoon, and night shifts.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a team of Senior Team Leaders and up to 80 store people, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and performance across all shifts. Your ability to foster collaboration, build team spirit, and create a unified culture will be key to success.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and harmonise three warehouse shifts to ensure consistent performance and team cohesion.
Drive a positive, safety-first culture aligned with our company values.
Coach and develop leaders, promote succession planning, and support career growth.
Manage resources, labour planning, and departmental budgets effectively.
Collaborate across departments to deliver on-time, accurate, and high-quality outcomes.
What You’ll Bring:

Proven leadership experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
Strong communication and team-building skills.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and unify diverse teams.
Experience in managing change, driving efficiency, and improving processes.
Knowledge of WHS, HACCP, and LEAN systems is highly desirable.
