Warehouse Supervisor location Boon Lay / Jurong / Tuas, West. Job Type Full-Time.

Tuas Bay Walk Transport provided(Yes. Company transport pick up (7.00am) and drop off at Lake side and Pioneer MRT). Working Days 5 days, Monday to Friday. Working hours 8.00am to 5.45pm. Salary $2300 & above, Transport, attendance incentive, 1 mth AWS.

Job requirement minimum 5 years relevant working experience in warehousing and logistics. Minimum O level or equivalent, Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management or above, forklift certificate. Basic MS Office and computer knowledge. Have working knowledge in managing Warehouse and logistic. Good managing skills and able to work independently. Singaporean Only.

Job scope report to Logistic Manager. Lead warehouse operational team for effective warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting 5S, stock take and expiry checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, ensuring workplace safety and quality control.

Perform Inventory Management, including tracking of stock movement, monitoring of stock quantity and balance level, updating WMS (Warehouse Management System), ensuring sufficiency of raw materials, issuing of raw materials and apply FIFO in issuing material to production. Perform safety and health risk assessment and identify workplace hazards in warehouse area.

Check and receive finished product from production. Liaise with Shipping Executive on container arrangement, manage container stuffing and un-stuffing with contractors. Other warehouse duties, including warehouse manpower (overtime arrangement), raw material sampling and inspection, container arrangement and inspection, pallet management, help up in damage insurance claim, operation coaching, safe work procedure training, and etc.
