Warehouse Person David Bateman Ltd location Auckland. Salary $20 - $22.00 per hour.

We have a full-time vacancy in our Hobsonville, Auckland Distribution Center for an energetic and enthusiastic person. The role will be encompassing all warehouse duties from picking, packing and dispatch of orders to our customers using scanner technology, loading and unloading trucks using a Bendi fork lift, stock taking, shelf transfers between locations in the warehouse, restocking of shelves, crediting returns, general warehouse duties as required. If you are dependable and reliable,  A safe worker, Capable of meeting deadlines. Passionate with an appetite for learning. Organised, have good listening skills and are able to work to deadlines with minimum supervision.

A team orientated person Fit and don’t mind hard work as the role is physically demanding at times.  The ability to lift up to 25kg is a requirement. Have a good understanding of computers and RF scanning technology. Have a current fork lift licence. Have a full clean New Zealand drivers license. Be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. Have no criminal convictions on their Ministry of Justice Police Check.

Be ready to undergo a drug test. Provide contactable work related references. Then we would like to talk to you about becoming part of our small and friendly team. Normal Hours of work are between 7.00am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will be employed with the standard 3 month trial period as part of the contract and will need to perform at the highest standard to maintain our company's excellent reputation. Full training will be given, immediate start.
