Warehouse Operator or Delivery Driver Solo Plastics Ltd location Auckland. $23.00 per hour.

Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver Solo's Vision is Fabricating for a Better Tomorrow and is committed to putting People and Planet before Profit.  We sustainably manufacture PE and PVC products for the Infrastructure of New Zealand and are looking for a Warehouse Operator / Delivery Driver to join our busy team, roll their sleeves up and be responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing goods throughout each day.

To be successful in this role you need to have some experience in warehousing / inwards goods / outwards goods / logistics. Organise stock control and perform stock-takes. Deliver our products to our customers around Auckland. Manage the pipe yard to ensure it is always tidy and that stock levels are correct. Have a good level of spoken and written English and be presentable when doing deliveries.

Be a self-starter.  We believe there is always a better way to do things and we encourage our people to speak up and make suggestions on how to constantly improve. Bring your ideas to the table. Manage walk-in customers to quickly and efficiently process their orders. Have enough computer skills to be able to place orders, process goods-inwards and manage the outgoing transportation logistics. Understand and have an appreciation of Health and Safety and the hazards of running a warehouse

Have a clean driving license, if you have a Class 2 endorsement as well that’s even better. Have a current forklift license. Be entitled to live and work in New Zealand.
