Warehouse Operations or Delivery TotalEnergies New Zealand location Auckland.

About The role as Warehouse Operations & Delivery for our Auckland branch, you will be responsible for warehouse operations and providing timely product delivery for our customers throughout the Auckland region. Your responsibilities will include receiving and storing new deliveries, rotating stock in an efficient manner, and picking, packing and dispatching goods to customers.

In this role, you would have the opportunity to ensure all stock is accounted for, stocked, stored, and rotated in accordance with set specifications and our own Health & Safety guidelines. Update stock and inventory management systems regularly to ensure accuracy of stock levels. Collaborate closely with the Operations & CX Manager to ensure an efficient and effective customer delivery plan.

Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at all times, and address health and safety risks, near misses, and incidents quickly and appropriately. Manage product distribution services, providing timely and efficient deliveries to our customers in line with company service targets. Provide exceptional customer service and proudly represent the Total brand.

What You Bring to the table our ideal candidate will be experienced in warehousing, customer service, stock management and/or goods delivery.

In addition to the above, we are looking for a candidate with a clean and full Class 1 driver’s licence (required), with a Forklift or Class 2 endorsement (desirable). The ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team. A good level of fitness – you will need to be able to lift 20-litre containers up to 25kg.

A solid understanding of health & safety requirements in a warehousing environment and an understanding of safe manual handling practices.
