Working hours (Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm / Sat 9am - 1pm).

Job responsibilities responsible for liaising with clients via email and tele-conversation on arrangements of cargo schedule delivery. Handle general administrative work including fulfillment and delivery schedule planning with applying of clearance for delivery. Loading and unloading shipments and receiving of cargo. Prepare necessary shipping documents or perform any administrative support to logistics & shipping. Generate and compile daily/monthly reports to the top management. Housekeeping duties.

Requirements candidates must possess at least “N” Level/NiTec/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or any relevant disciplines. Minimum 1 year of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Customer Service, or equivalent, Willing to Learn. Good communication skills in English. Willing to work in warehouse environment, with some manual work. Great multitasker and communicator to liaise with various departments.
