The role we are looking for Full time and Part time Warehouse Assistants to join the Teddy crew. Based in Grafton, our warehouse crew will be responsible for picking and packing all Teddy orders and getting them ready for the drivers and riders to deliver. About you responsible for picking and packing all Teddy grocery orders.

Responsible for daily stocking of shelves, stock control, and quality control of all grocery items. Responsible for bringing the energy, creating the motivation, and delivering solutions. Crew first mindset - health and safety focused, happy to roll up your sleeves up and support the crew when required.

What you bring to the role we are a start-up which means we don't have it all figured out yet, you’re okay with a bit of ambiguity and can adapt in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment, working well under pressure with a “figure it out” factor. Ability to work with fluid schedules, being available during peak hours of operation and weekends. Physically able to lift and move heavy objects and stand for long periods of time. Detail-oriented with good attention-to-detail. Previous experience in a warehousing environment and a forklift license is a nice-to-have.
