We're helping people with conditions like depression, schizophrenia, breast cancer, heart failure, severe acne, as well as people who need antibiotics and medicines to support their immune system.

The role one of our team has been promoted to a new role so we now have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Assistant to join our team. We are based in Henderson, and this is a permanent position on our night shift (11:40pm to 7:40am). All our shifts are Monday to Friday.

This is a broad role where you operate across all areas of our Manufacturing Warehouse. You will also be preparing export shipments, processing system transactions and cycle counting. This is a physical role, so you will need to be capable of repetitive lifting up to 30kg's.

What you'll bring working within a small team, you have a stable work history in warehousing, the ability to learn quickly and experience within a fast-paced, process orientated environment. This is no ordinary warehouse position as you will have a higher level of autonomy and responsibility than most warehouse positions. This opportunity provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills and build your career within warehousing or other areas of supply chain.

Ideally you will have the following previous warehouse experience, ideally in cGMP, FMCG or other compliance focused environments. Current forklift licence. Experience in using and learning computerised systems - SAP experience is not essential but would be an advantage. Strong attention to detail and a 'right first time' mind-set. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is an ideal role for someone who can drive success through teamwork, integrity and a strong work ethic and will thrive in a culture built around safety, ownership, trust, and results. You will be someone who can build strong working relationships, advocate Safe Working Practices, and continue the warm and open culture that we have within our warehouse.

What we offer positive, supportive, and professional work environment. We will invest in your training and development. Discounts on a range of our fantastic products including Avene, Clinicians, QV, Nexcare and more. A supportive team culture and a great social club.

Next steps if you're invited to complete a video interview as the next stage of your application, we'd love you to embrace it. Video interviews allow more people the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities to the hiring manager in a new and innovative way giving you a better chance of securing your ideal role. Relax, be yourself and don't worry, we all feel a bit awkward in front of the camera.
