Warehouse Assistant Hunter Campbell Limited location Auckland.

The company a well-known, established (yet still growing) and successful privately-owned New Zealand manufacturing business with international operations. They are recognised as one of the leading operators in their respective market niche and have a highly positive reputation for offering their people the opportunity to learn and develop within the business.

The business is driving a Continuous Improvement and Optimisation program and is investing in improving technology, systems, processes and the capability of their people. They have been having significant growth and the team all remained on 100% of their salaries throughout COVID-19 and they have had 0% turnover across the business the past 12 months.

The opportunity based at their newly created warehouse in Hobsonville, you will work in an excellent warehousing environment and be part of a small and vibrant team with huge potential. The position is full-time and for 37.5 hours per week with working hours of between approx 7am to 3pm.

Key responsibilities of the role will be to assist across all activities in the Auckland warehouse which include check inbound orders. Manage the putaway of stock and inventory movements. Pick, pack and dispatch outbound orders. Inventory cycle counts and review discrepancies. Prepare export documentation. Liaise with freight forwarding partners. Transport bookings. General warehouse compliance.

What you will bring to the role reliable and trustworthy team member. Forklift and current drivers license are desirable. Can work with stakeholders at all levels in the business and build relationships. Confident mathematics skills. Can work with IT and ERP systems. Self-motivated and well organised.
