Requirements IT literate and proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to speak and write simple English.

Duties handles all pick and pack activities according to order picking procedures. Ensure that goods are picked as per pick slip requirements (system suggested location, item description, batch, expiry date, UOM and quantity). Ensure all goods after picked, checked, and appropriately packed into carton or polythene bag with appropriate packaging materials, if required.

Ensure all direct rejects and returns are put away into the respective storage location to ensure FIFO or base on respective Principal's inventory/ house code. Ensure all damaged and expired goods are removed from the sellable locations with proper system transaction updates and inform the supervisor accordingly. Perform any other work-related task or assignment delegated by superior.

For checking during picking, check and verify all product pickings are performed accordingly to the picking slip by system suggested location/ model #/ color/ quantity and batch #/ expiry if applicable. During QC and packing for loose picking, ensure items and quantity are verify twice before pack/ pick. Account for total item quantity pick by model base on batch picking list.

During driver collection, tally check each item model against the driver's Tally Sheets/ Transfer Slips by vehicle #. File all Pick slip and tally sheets for each AM/ PM session. Assist in annual stock take/ cycle count/ location audit, as and when required.

Housekeeping/ Hygiene clear rubbish regularly within the work area. Maintain proper good housekeeping practices at all time. Proper attired with Company Uniforms and Safety wear provided by company. Assist in other areas with the warehouse operation. Take on other job tasks as and when assign by the superior.
