Warehouse Administrator Private Advertiser location Sydney.
Warehouse Administrator - 12 month contract. Pacific Hoists is looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic and growing warehouse and logistics team in Seven Hills, NSW. We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaged Warehouse Administrator to help coordinate our domestic logistics, maintain our spare parts and stores and move our products through the final steps of our supply chain, delivering value to our customers.
Our Warehouse Administrator role is on a full-time 12 month contract basis with opportunity for full time permanency. The working ours are 9am - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. As a Warehouse Administrator at Pacific Hoists your responsibilities will include invoice daily orders through our ERP system. Book completed orders on the assigned freight carrier and coordinate freight pick ups. Ensuring safe and clean work practices and company policies and procedures are adhered to
Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of WHS onsite. Receive inbound spare parts shipments into our ERP system and stock locations, including labelling all stock. Maintain spare parts stores. Prepare unpack paperwork for the warehouse team. Investigate any account / order discrepancies and or returns. Stock take and cycle counts.
The ideal candidate will have current and valid driving licence. Excellent communication & problem solving skills. Highly organised and results driven. Competent computer skills across Word, Excel and ideally ERP / warehouse management Systems. Understanding of WHS requirements and safety conscious thinking. Exceptional reliability and work ethic. Eagerness to learn and grow. Ability to work in a team. Keenness to work in a warehouse environment.
