About your new role this is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a focus on strong customer service and attention to detail to join our department in a Part time capacity. In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as Receptionist/Ward Clerk in our Operating Theatre department at our KEW campus.

This role will be pivotal in managing the clerical administration of the Perioperative Suite and assisting the Nurse Unit Managers and Floor - coordinators in undertaking clerical functions in the department as well as acting as the first point of contact for the department.

About you as an outstanding Receptionist/Ward Clerk, you are customer focused and have excellent verbal and written communication.

Your skills will include intermediate to Advanced computer skills. Telephone Operations. IBA patient Management System. Previous Hospital or strong customer service experience. An understanding of/or certificate of medical terminology. Re-ordering and logging in prosthesis. Maintaining relationships with key stake holders from Medical companies.
