Who we are looking for we currently have a casual position available for Wait Staff, who are cool under pressure and love the buzz of a busy service. The applicant needs to be able to work weekdays and weekends.

Operating 7 days per week lunch + dinner, Mamasan is a fast paced environment focusing on share style dining alongside a curated selection of Japanese whiskeys, sake and an extensive cocktail + wine list.

The Front of House team you will be part of a dedicated team with a great culture who are passionate and hospitality career driven. Our Wait Staff are hand picked, hardworking and enthusiastic people that love to deliver top quality service with a smile every time.

Successful applicants will have the following minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. A la carte dining service experience. Good product knowledge. Dedicated to providing high quality service at a consistent level. An eye for detail. Well-groomed/presented. Strong organisational skills. A positive attitude. Professional and enthusiastic.
