Description
Visitor Services Officer Shrine of Remembrance location Melbourne. The Shrine of Remembrance is Victoria’s principal war memorial and delivers an extensive range of ceremonial, exhibition and education programs to some 1,000,000 visitors annually. The successful candidate for this position will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of a first-class customer service experience to our visitors. Our Visitor Services Officers shape and enhance the visitor experience. This position supports all aspects of our visitors’ experience including the Visitor Centre, Retail, Services and public programs and events. This diverse and challenging role provides the opportunity for a customer service professional to be involved in the day to day activities of Victoria’s leading visitor attraction. This is a full time position Sunday to Thursday. Overtime applies to weekend hours. Hourly rate $24.24, weekend rate $48.48.
