Visitor Services Officers play a significant role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional visitor engagement across all touchpoints at Melbourne Zoo. We are looking for confident communicators who will engage with our visitors, promote the zoo's campaign messages and values and support our visitors in having the best imaginable experience that Melbourne Zoo can offer.

The ideal candidate will have previous face to face customer service experience. Strong and Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills. A proven background of and a passion for high levels of service. The ability to work across weekdays and weekends, public holidays and the festive period over the duration of employment.

Demonstrated skills such as visitor Centric attitude and approach with proven skills understanding and adapting to customer needs. Ability to work with minimal supervision. High level of personal credibility. Highly developed organisational skills. Ability to follow instructions with a sense of urgency and precision.
