The role you will join our existing reception team, and your key duties will include delivering outstanding communication and customer service to our clients in person, over the phone and via email. Managing multi-faceted client enquiries including animal health care issues using excellent communication skills and veterinary knowledge. General administration and support duties and general accounting duties e.g. invoicing and cash handling. Ensuring the reception area and consult rooms are stocked, clean and presentable.

The ideal candidate you have proven experience in customer service, ideally in the veterinary industry. You are a strong team player with a “can do attitude”.
