Veterinary Receptionist Newstead Vets location Waikato.

We have a new full time position available in our busy small animal veterinary clinic in Hamilton. Your focus will be to provide exceptional front of house service and excellent customer care to our patients and their families. The correct candidate for this role will have a natural ability to make people feel at home, along with the skills to triage incoming phone calls, ability to work independently as well as part of team, have fabulous customer service skills, strong data entry skills, a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.

You ideally have had previous experience in an administration, reception or office management role or have experience in a related industry or position. In addition, you will be someone who is proactive and always willing to get involved. No veterinary clinical experience is required, however the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes is required.
