Veterinary Receptionist Mosman Veterinary Hospital location Sydney.

Mosman Veterinary Hospital is a small animal hospital on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. We are a busy hospital which takes pride in practicing at a high standard and providing exceptional service to our customers and their pets. We are looking for a part time receptionist to join our enthusiastic team. Your weekly roster will consist of approximately 20-25 hours – however there is the option of more hours to cover staff on leave.

Essential criteria previous experience in a customer service/receptionist position. Have a focus on providing exceptional customer care. Have excellent communication skills and telephone manner. A positive, can-do attitude. Work well in a team environment & autonomously.

Be highly organised, remain calm under pressure & possess an eye for detail. Maintain a clean working environment. An efficient problem solver. Friendly personality. Competence with money handling and EFT sales. Punctual and reliable.

Desired Criteria (but not essential) previous veterinary receptionist experience (highly desirable). Experience using RX Works software. Experience handling dogs & cats. Comprehensive over-the-counter product knowledge.
