Veterinary Receptionist Brisbane Pet Surgery location Brisbane.

We have recently moved to newly renovated, purpose-built premises in Eagle Farm. We are currently in need of a receptionist, preferably full-time to both provide client consistency as a contact point and to fill gaps with our current full-time and part-time receptionists.

Our receptionist is responsible for most of our email enquiries, our phone call enquiries and forms the link between our clients and our nursing/veterinary staff. This is a very busy role as we receive a very large number of emails every day.

The role is suited to someone that loves the customer aspect rather than the patient/hospital aspect of our industry. An experienced vet nurse that wishes to perform a reception only role is the preferred candidate, but an experienced receptionist is also suitable as we can provide further industry specific training/advice via our current reception staff.

On-site parking is always available. Inexperienced staff are also welcome to apply, especially mature employees whether wishing to work part time or full time. Suitable candidates are as important as the skill set as we can provide training.

We are currently open from 7am to 6 pm Mon to Fri. Reception shifts are usually either 7am to 3pm or 10am to 6pm each day with a cross over in the middle.
