User Interface Designer Hidoc Pte Ltd location Toa Payoh.

Hidoc is Singapore’s most comprehensive telehealth app covering 100+ healthcare specialists, over 25 medical fields. Our doctors are available for consultation by video or in-clinic. Hidoc covers everyone in the family, from primary to specialist care.

We manage minor symptoms such as cough and cold to more complex cases for both children and adults. A follow up with our registered nurses for medical advice, refill of prescription and/or home medical care are part of our services. You can manage your medical appointments, access your medical records, and read educational content backed by science - all in one app.

Responsibilities executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Maintain a user-centric approach in design perspective and practice. Collaborating with product, UX team and engineering to define an innovative solutions for the mobile app product direction, visuals and user experience.

Translate user feedback into tangible, high quality design solutions. Create wireframes and high fidelity mockups for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Create design systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and brand adherence. Manage asset libraries for reusable design. Work with Operations and Marketing teams to introduce new products and features to market.

Skills & attitudes experience with designing user interface for responsive web, mobile, tablet and interactive media. Portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of typography, colour and design system. Experience in illustration and graphic design. Ability to present the designs internally, sell the solutions to various stakeholders and defend the design decision.

Strong prototyping abilities to quickly express ideas visually. Exacting with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma. Excellent communications skills to present your work to all stakeholders. Open minded and have a can-do attitude; this is the difference between an idea on paper and a product in real life. Minimum 3 years of UI experience. (Bonus) Keen interest or experience in healthcare.
