Additional information:
• This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight
• Applications close Wednesday 30 April, 2025
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work alternating weekend shifts (both Saturday and Sunday).

About this work area

As the People & Culture Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Ensuring all People and Culture administrative systems are accurate, efficient and compliant.
• Assisting on the shop floor to support when coverage is needed
• Supporting the People and Culture team with the recruitment and on-boarding of new co-workers.
• Supporting the People and Culture team to ensure all administration tasks connected to employment law are completed in a timely manner.
• Providing support for first level HR enquiries including policies and procedures, enterprise agreement, leave entitlements, etc.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient uniform management system.
• Supporting the People & Culture Generalist with data reporting and other tasks where required.
• Other Ad hoc administrative tasks related to creating a great and efficient co-worker experience.
