Start your Career with a Marina Facilities- Boatyard Operations apprenticeship in the Marine industry. We are looking for an extra travel lift /yard operator to join our professional team. This is a hands-on role so you will need to be fit and reliable. This role offers plenty of daily variety, so you will need to be adaptable. Training will be given to operate the 50 tonne travel lift, fork lift and buggy system. During the quieter times you'll be able to put your DIY skills to good use as you carry out maintenance to the machinery/facility/yard.

You will need to be a team player, customer focused and possess a can-do attitude. Car parking is available on site and a uniform will be provided. This is a full-time position, and why initially you may not possess the full set of skills for this role, training will be provided to ensure you grow quickly into the role. Boating knowledge, operation of heavy machinery or fork lift skills would be an advantage but is not essential.
