Brisbane Transport is currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operation needs of a Transport and Logistics. The successful candidate must have prior experience in a transport environment and a working knowledge of administrative practices and procedures. You will need to effectively apply these skills and demonstrate a firm understanding of data entry techniques, calendar management and general clerical duties.

Primary Roles and responsibility first point of contact for answering all incoming calls and greeting/directing customers. High-level accuracy with data entry. Advanced level Excel skills. General Clerical duties. Supporting the Transport and Warehouse Manager. Collecting the paperwork from the drivers and emailing it to customers after each delivery.

To be successful you will need to demonstrate prior administration experience within the transport industry. Working knowledge of data and administrative practices and procedures. Ability to effectively apply clerical practices and procedures.

Strong knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel and Outlook). Calendar management and scheduling experience. Be a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic.
