We do this by managing a diverse portfolio of businesses, which includes recycling in both South Australia and Queensland, retail, and activity centres and campsites in the Adelaide Hills and Riverland regions.

Job Description
About the role

The Training Administrator plays a key role in supporting the learning and development of Scouts SA’s volunteers. This position provides day-to-day administrative and project support across adult training, Outdoor Adventure Skills programs, and related initiatives.

Working from Scouts SA’s Head Office, the Training Administrator coordinates training schedules, manages course logistics, maintains records and compliance requirements, and ensures a seamless experience for participants. The role also supports the growth of Outdoor Adventure training by promoting participation opportunities and fostering partnerships with volunteer teams and external providers.

You’ll collaborate with senior volunteers and staff across Member Services to help ensure every Scout Leader and member has access to engaging, high-quality training and adventurous learning pathways.

This position suits someone who is proactive, organised, and confident in managing multiple priorities. You’ll bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships in a busy, mission-driven environment — helping Scouts SA deliver meaningful development experiences for members of all ages.
