The role the company are looking for a Trainee Site Manager to learn all aspects of delivering major projects.

The person carpentry trade, cert 4 or diploma, a strong work history, reliable references, to be successful in this role it's all about attitude. You must be driven and willing to put in the hard work on the journey to become a Foreman and then eventually a Site Manager.
