The opportunity as part of our diverse team of customer driven Case Managers, you’ll help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. Each team is supported by a dedicated leader and specialist to coach and mentor you as you build your capabilities and support injured workers across NSW return to work.

We currently have multiple Trainee Case Management positions available in our Parramatta office. Successful candidates will join one of our well-established departments, where you will proactively manage a mixed portfolio of physical and mental health workers compensation claims. Drawing on your exceptional customer service and decision-making skills you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day.  We will provide a comprehensive paid training program. During this program you will learn all aspects of the Workers Compensation business to become a successful Case Manager.

Your responsibilities manage an ongoing portfolio of worker’s compensation claims, across a range of both physical injuries and/or psychological illnesses. Provide a positive case management experience to your injured workers throughout their recovery, return to work and return to life. Collaborate with subject matter experts to collect information that will support you in making the best decision for your injured workers recovery. Adopt a service-orientated approach that is focused on early intervention and the interests of workers and employers.

About you are passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and have experience building a rapport and collaborative relationships with each customer. Proactive, self-motivated and can think creatively when engaging with stakeholders such as workers, employers and providers. Experience managing, negotiating and influencing positive outcomes. You enjoy working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
