The role we are currently seeking Trade Team Members for Permenant Full-Time roles to join our busy team at our Norwood Store. As a Trade Team Member, you will be the face of the business dealing directly with trade customers, assisting with sales, stock replenishment, and developing a strong sales standard within the community.

Responsibilities include provide great service and advise customers on hardware products and services. uild relationships with customers and be able to identify their needs. Manage stock levels, minimise shrinkage and stock loss. Maintain correct stock tickets. Perform stock refill.

Requires skills and attributes strong understanding of WHS requirements. Customer Service background. Forklift licence highly desirable. Knowledge of trade products ideal, but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and able to work within a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
