About us Busfleet Australia is an accredited bus and coach operator who has vehicles based in NSW, Victoria and Queensland. Everyday is different at Busfleet Australia, as we provide transport for a wide variety of customers, from local school groups to some of Australia’s longest established and largest tour operators.

We are currently hiring and training CEO's (Chief Experience Officers) to primarily guide & drive Australian itineraries for the world’s largest small-group adventure travel company - G- Adventures.

You excited to run multi day tours around Australia. Are a safe driver, capable of driving long distances, taking responsibility for your group's safe travel, including checking tires, and fluids. Are required to have a valid Light Rigid license (Medium rigid preferable) - this can be obtained after applying for the role.

Are required to have a drivers authorisation - this can be obtained after applying for the role. First Aid Certificate (Provide first aid in remote or isolated site preferable). UKTNP accreditation (preferable). Are responsible, driven, team player, who loves travel and interacting with people from around the globe.

Are a proven leader who is comfortable managing group dynamics, different personalities, and cultures. Have the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of contexts. Are cool, calm & collected under pressure. Can professionally and proactively solve problems like changing tires, handling injuries, managing a budget, and anything else that is thrown at you.

Are customer service oriented, putting your passengers first, and always with a smile. Have awareness of and commitment to Sustainable/Community Tourism: Our CEOs need to be committed to environmentally and culturally responsible tourism, and be an inspiring example to the travellers.

Have an infectious love of Australia. Love working in a team and have a willingness to share in Busfleet’s amazing culture. All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
