About the role prince of Wales Private Hospital is seeking individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering care and service to join our Operating Theatre Team on a Casual basis as a Theatre Receptionist.

This role forms the major point of contact for all those coming into our Operating Theatres and will suit someone with excellent customer service and administrative skills looking for a dynamic role working alongside multiple stakeholders to ensure the operating theatres run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Theatre Receptionist your responsibilities will include all administrative tasks in the operating suite. Input operation usage into the patient management system. Maintain effective filing systems of archived documentation, current documentation and electronic data. To maintain and update as required theatre allocations. Any duties deemed necessary by the NUM's to ensure perioperative services.

Essential criteria experience in a hospital administration environment preferred. Ability to prioritise and organise work, with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service, organisational and communication skills High level attention to detail. Flexibility, reliability and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent time management skills with an ability to work effectively as part of the multidisciplinary team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development. A basic understanding of Medical Terminology.
