Tenancy Manager Kainga Ora location Auckland.
Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities brings together the three existing agencies of Housing New Zealand, HLC and KiwiBuild to form a new organisation. We do amazing, important work. Tenancy Managers build meaningful and lasting relationships with the tenants in their portfolio, supporting them to maintain their tenancy with Kāinga Ora and to navigate life challenges, enabling them to live with dignity in their home and the wider community. Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring we need people who care as much as we do, and are passionate about supporting people and their needs. You'll be a natural relationship-builder, relating to customers from all backgrounds and all walks of life. You'll be skilled at making sense of complex, sometimes contradictory information to effectively problem solve. Naturally, you'll have exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt your communication style as necessary. As this role necessitates travelling across the East/South Auckland region, you will have a full and clean NZ driver's license (vehicle provided).
