Job duties review purchase requests for completeness and correctness, and compliance to company’s procurement policies and procedures, match delivery documents against purchase orders, and perform goods receipt in eprocurement system, monitor outstanding orders, assist to prepare tender document and review evaluation reports, download and collate bidding documents, provide assistance and respond to queries on procurement related activities, perform related work as required by management, provide regular and timely updates to management on work progress and associated activities. Requirements diploma or degree in any discipline, prior experience in tendering and government procurement, and hands-on experience with ariba p2p system preferred, proficiency in ms office preferred, good verbal and written communication skills, diligent and detail oriented, must be comfortable to work independently, as well as a group.
