About the role as a Telephone Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers and financial advisers, assisting with inquiries, providing clear guidance, and offering exceptional service. You'll be responsible for answering calls, explaining life insurance products, and solving problems to ensure a smooth, positive experience for everyone. This is a 12 month FTC with strong potential to go permanent.
Key responsibilities provide excellent service to customers and financial advisers via the telephone. Answer questions about life insurance policies, claims, and applications. Resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services to offer accurate advice. Collaborate with a team to continuously improve the service experience.
About you previous customer service experience, ideally in phone-based support or a similar role. Life insurance experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A collaborative team player who enjoys problem-solving.
