What you need you need to be based anywhere in New Zealand. Available to work at least 18 hours per week. Have an ADSL, cable or NBN internet connection. Windows PC with Windows 10. A dedicated home office space away from distractions. Computer Headset. Excellent communication skills and phone manner. Basic computer skills. The drive to succeed and make a difference.

Calling times we make calls from Monday – Friday from 9am – 8:00pm and Saturday from 10am – 4pm. There are no mandatory days, if you can work at least 12 hours over the week your roster will be designed by you.

Training we provide full paid training for this role using our advanced software system in the comfort of your own home over two days.
