About the Role
As a Manager in the Enterprise Technology Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technology advice and solutions to our clients. You will:
Guide clients through complex technology initiatives, shaping architectural strategies and delivering future-ready solutions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyse, workshop, and generate actionable insights.
Support engagement pursuits including opportunity identification, qualification, and planning.
Contribute to the development of service offerings across IT strategy, business transformation, and technology growth.
Invest in your own development to become one of KPMG’s future technology leaders.
Responsibilities
Develop and present architectural roadmaps, solution blueprints, and technical assessments.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for non-technical audiences.
Apply structured thinking and analysis techniques to ambiguous problems.
Link business processes to technology requirements through process architecture and design.
Drive client delivery around data and architecture capabilities.
Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
Stay curious and informed about emerging technologies and trends.
Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings:
Expertise in enterprise architecture, data management, and digital transformation.
A strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the Education sector.
Experience in data analytics, data governance, and AI strategy.
You’re a skilled project manager with a passion for strategic thinking and the ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion—establishing project scope, defining performance baselines, setting key milestones, creating work breakdown structures, and managing resources effectively
Experience working in a technology role at an educational institution (e.g., university) is highly desirable.
Familiarity with education-specific platforms such as LMS, SIS, and EdTech solutions.
Experience in a data/AI advisory role or similar consulting environment.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in IT, Commerce, or a related field.
Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, PMP or equivalent (highly desirable).
Certifications in DMBOK, Azure Data/AI Fundamentals, or Generative AI are also valued.
