Technical Support Officer Penola Catholic College location Melbourne.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an ICT Help Desk – Technical Support Officer to join the Penola family. As the ICT Help Desk – Technical Support Officer you will be responsible for assisting staff, students and the Penola community in the use of College computer facilities and locating faults in hardware and software and providing appropriate remedies.
This is a fixed term opportunity until 26 June 2020 with the possibility of extension. The position is part time 16.5 hours per week, over three days (Wednesday, Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon).
About you to be successful you will be component in and have an understanding in the use of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, and Synergetic. The ability to be highly organised, motivated and demonstrate initiative is critical. You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
