About The role we are currently working with a multinational technology company who are looking for an enthusiastic IT graduate to join their growing team here in Melbourne. As a IT specialist you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level IT support to their external customers. This role will be predominantly phone based (60%) with some email and web chat IT support (40%). This IT support role will require the successful candidate to work between 7am-4pm and some days between 9am-6pm in order to service their customers based across Australia and New Zealand.

About you must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident located in Melbourne, Victoria. Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent. 1 - 2 years experience in a helpdesk environment OR completed 1-2 Internships/industry placements. Exceptional communication and customer service. Willing to learn and work collaboratively within a team environment. A genuine interest in Networking technologies.
